We offer self-catering, hostel-style accommodation as we begin restoring Kindrogan House estate. Our rooms are comfortable, characterful, and inspired by the surrounding landscape and heritage. Choose from private double rooms or shared mixed dormitories. As restoration progresses, we look forward to introducing family suites, self-contained cottages, and additional private rooms in the months ahead.

How you can find us:
From Pitlochry, take the A924 north toward Kirkmichael and follow it for around 12–14 miles, passing through the village. Continue toward Enochdhu, then just before you reach it, turn onto the small road signposted for Kindrogan Council. Follow this track a short distance to Kindrogan House.
